ReAssure Med LLC Global Terms of Service
1. Introduction
These Global Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the ReAssure Med LLC website, applications, communications, patient portals, and related digital services (collectively, the “Platform”).
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between ReAssure Med LLC (“ReAssure Med,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and each person who accesses or uses the Platform (“User,” “Patient,” “you,” or “your”).
By accessing, browsing, registering for, uploading information to, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not access or use the Platform.
2. Definitions
“Platform” means the digital services operated by ReAssure Med.
“Healthcare Professional” or “Specialist” means an independent healthcare professional participating in services facilitated through the Platform.
“Medical Records” means medical documents, imaging, laboratory results, health histories, intake materials, and related information provided by or on behalf of a user.
“Care Navigation Services” means administrative and informational assistance designed to support healthcare coordination.
3. Nature of Services
ReAssure Med operates solely as:
- a technology platform;
- an administrative coordination service;
- a medical information facilitation service;
- a care navigation service; and
- a provider introduction platform.
ReAssure Med does not provide healthcare services.
4. No Healthcare Services
ReAssure Med is not:
- a hospital;
- medical clinic;
- physician practice;
- telemedicine provider;
- healthcare provider;
- treatment facility;
- emergency service;
- diagnostic provider.
ReAssure Med does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, provide medical advice, or make clinical decisions.
5. Independent Healthcare Professionals
Healthcare Professionals participating through the Platform remain independent. ReAssure Med:
- does not employ specialists for medical purposes;
- does not supervise clinical judgment;
- does not direct diagnoses;
- does not control treatment decisions.
Any professional relationship formed is solely between the Patient and applicable provider.
6. Second Opinions
Second opinions obtained through the Platform:
- are informational only;
- are not emergency services;
- are not substitutes for in-person evaluation;
- may be based only on available records.
Users remain responsible for obtaining local medical care.
7. Patient Responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide accurate information;
- upload complete records;
- maintain account security;
- seek medical care where appropriate;
- comply with applicable laws.
You remain solely responsible for healthcare decisions.
8. Medical Records
You retain ownership of Medical Records.
You grant ReAssure Med a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license (except where legal retention obligations apply) to:
- receive;
- store;
- organize;
- transmit;
- display internally;
- process;
Medical Records solely for:
- providing requested services;
- platform administration;
- compliance and security.
De-identified information may be used for internal analytics, service improvement, and lawful operational purposes.
9. Cross-Border Services
You acknowledge that:
- specialists may be located internationally;
- records may be processed across jurisdictions;
- healthcare standards may vary.
By using the Platform, you consent to international transfer and processing as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Fees
Applicable fees will be disclosed before purchase.
Payments are processed through independent payment providers.
ReAssure Med does not guarantee insurance reimbursement.
11. Account Security
Users are responsible for:
- credential security;
- authorized use;
- notifying suspected compromise.
ReAssure Med may suspend accounts where misuse is suspected.
12. Privacy
Information is processed according to the Privacy Policy.
Where applicable, additional consent may be required for processing sensitive health information.
13. Intellectual Property
All Platform content excluding User-provided Medical Records remains property of ReAssure Med or licensors.
No rights are transferred except expressly granted.
14. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as available.”
ReAssure Med does not guarantee:
- outcomes;
- specialist availability;
- treatment success;
- uninterrupted service.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReAssure Med shall not be liable for:
- medical outcomes;
- provider conduct;
- indirect damages;
- lost profits;
- lost data.
Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid during the twelve months preceding the claim.
Nothing excludes liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify ReAssure Med from claims arising from:
- misuse;
- inaccurate submissions;
- unlawful conduct.
17. Governing Law
Except where prohibited:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
18. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first proceed through good-faith negotiation.
If unresolved, binding arbitration shall apply where legally permitted.
Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights.
19. Changes
ReAssure Med may update these Terms.
Material changes will be communicated where legally required.
