Global Terms of Service
1. Introduction
These Global Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the digital platform operated by ReAssure Med LLC (“ReAssure Med”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing, browsing, or using the ReAssure Med website, applications, or related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. Nature of Services
ReAssure Med provides a technology-enabled coordination platform designed to facilitate independent medical second-opinion reviews, medical record review and analysis by qualified specialists, care navigation and informational support, and introductions to hospitals or treatment centers upon request. ReAssure Med operates solely as a technology, coordination, and information platform and does not itself provide healthcare services.
3. No Medical Treatment or Emergency Services
The Platform does not provide medical treatment, diagnosis, prescriptions, emergency care, or therapeutic services. Any information or opinions provided are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Users should seek immediate medical attention for emergencies.
4. No Physician-Patient Relationship
Use of the Platform does not create a physician-patient relationship between ReAssure Med and any user, or between any user and any specialist. No such relationship is created through any interaction on the Platform.
5. Independent Healthcare Professionals
All specialists providing opinions through the Platform act as independent contractors. ReAssure Med does not supervise or control their professional judgment and is not responsible for their acts or omissions.
6. User and Patient Responsibilities
Users agree to provide accurate information, consult their treating physician before making decisions, use the Platform lawfully and in good faith, maintain account confidentiality, and comply with applicable laws. Outcomes are not guaranteed.
7. Hospital and Treatment Center Introductions
Any treatment relationship exists solely between the user and the treating institution. ReAssure Med does not endorse or guarantee third-party services.
8. Cross-Border Consultations
Specialists may be located in different jurisdictions. Users consent to cross-border data processing and acknowledge differences in medical standards.
9. Fees and Payments
Fees are disclosed prior to engagement. Payments are processed by secure third-party providers. ReAssure Med is not responsible for third-party processing errors.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
ReAssure Med complies with applicable privacy laws including HIPAA, PIPEDA, and GDPR where applicable. Data may be stored and processed internationally. Additional details are provided in the Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReAssure Med is not liable for medical outcomes, third-party acts, or indirect damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user.
12. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify ReAssure Med from claims arising from misuse of the Platform, inaccurate information, or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, conducted in English, with judgment enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
15. Miscellaneous
These Terms may be modified by ReAssure Med. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains effective. These Terms constitute the entire agreement and include a force majeure provision.
